I figured you might have some questions for me.
Q: Why should I trust you with my home and pets?
A: I am fully insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC. Here is the link to their website for more information on coverage: http://www.petsitllc.com/index.php Also, I have many, many happy clients that you can call to get a reference on me. I find that is the best way to put your mind at ease.
Q: Why should I hire Nicole's Pet Services to pet sit versus taking my pet to a kennel or boarder?
A: The benefits of a in home pet sitter are that your pets stay in familiar surroundings, with familiar diet and exercise. There is no travel trauma, and minimal possible exposure to illness of other animals. I practice high standards for cleanliness, and I strive to leave your home clean and organized so you don’t even know I was there.
Q: What does your insurance cover?
A:
-Loss of pets in my care, custody and control.
-Lost Key Coverage.
-Veterinarian Expense for animals accidentally injured while in my care when there is not negligence on my part.
-Special Personal Property of Others endorsement. This protects negligent acts by me or my employees that result in loss or damage to property of your customers. This is broader than most bonds as bonds cover only dishonest acts.
-Bodily injury liability which is designed to pay for an injury I cause to someone else. Example, if I was walking your dog and your dog bit someone, my insurance would pay for any liability that I would be legally liable to pay.
Q: What is your Cancellation/Refund Policy?
A: 24 hours prior to any service, and/or Holidays: Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
2 - 5 days prior to service: 20% of service total is due (equals an 80% refund)
6 days or more prior to service or more: No charge, refund in full.
Q: Do you walk dogs alone or with other dogs?
A: If your dog is social with other dogs, I may walk them with other clients dogs (as business needs dictate). If you prefer me to walk your dog alone because of behavioral problems or special needs I am willing to do that.
